Refund policy

You Accept FULL RESPONSIBILITY of the package once your order has been dispatched. Any self inflicted errors, such as wrong delivery address, will not be compensated. If you accept deliveries through a public area, such as front desk or parcel box, and the package goes missing, it will not be compensated, as the risk and responsibility is accepted by the customer prior to dispatch.

ImAPokeTrader.com is UK based, so if you are purchasing from abroad, you are personally responsible for paying any import or customs fees after dispatch. 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds
We run a strict no return or refund policy on our ImAPokeTrader Boxes to the nature of our product and risk of re-sealing. Please contact info@imapoktrader.com for more information. For any other products, the items must be un-damaged and sealed in order to organise a return and refund. Please contact info@imapoketrader.com if you have any queries.

You are personally liable for any return postage costs to our office address. Our refund process begins once the package has been received and inspected.

ImAPokeTrader.com is UK based, so if you are purchasing from abroad, you are personally responsible for paying any import or customs fees after dispatch. If your item is lost during transit, please contact info@imapoketrader.com to organise the next steps and possible refund/return process.

You can cancel your order freely at anytime prior to receiving your delivery tracking number. If you wish to cancel after this, please contact info@imapoketrader.com
